Jain, Managing Partner, has had a career spanning a respectable 45 years, over which he has advised several multinational and domestic clients with respect to their planning & structuring needs. This included advising on Reporting, taxation and cross-border transactions. He began his career in 1973, with the reputed advisory firm, AF Ferguson & Co., which helped him form solid foundations in the field of Assurance and Tax Advisory. A voracious reader, he holds a strong command over subjects like Corporate Law , Foreign exchange regulations, Tax regulations, etc.

Mr. Sushil Jain, Managing Partner, holds over 35 years of professional experience and has been with the firm since the very beginning of his career. His core areas of specialization include strategic initiatives for new service lines, managing client relations and building a strong motivated team to handle the ever growing requirements of our diverse set of clients. He has been the backbone of all client advisory, project execution and administration at the firm, making his role indispensible for the growth of our practice

Working with the firm since 2002, Shalini is a senior partner who has expertise in the areas of assurance and compliance. Her expertise lies in tracking the latest updates and developments in statutes and regulations which helps ensure our high quality service to clients.

Partner in the firm since 2014, Mahesh has been with the firm for over 10 years. He has managed to garner rich experience in the areas of Direct tax advisory and Transfer Pricing. Mahesh regularly represents clients in appellate proceedings.

Having joined the firm at an entry level position, Ravi has risen through the ranks to become a Partner in 2014. His journey over 10 years includes gaining invaluable experience in the areas of Audit and Assurance along with tax Advisory, where he has represented clients for Appellate Proceedings under the Indian Income Tax law.
